RRHSTF practice - work day

65 degrees and 11% humidity is actually crazy with asthmatic lungs. Like breathing nice deep breaths of sand, lol. 3mi progressive wu, 10x2/1 going altitude half marathon down to altitude 10k pace/easy float. Goal was just to make altitude 10k pace (which is basically sea level half pace) feel as efficient as possible, and also just give the legs a taste of it before next week. Was content with how it felt, and was happy that my lungs held on for an hour with no moisture in the air. Thankfully that won't be a problem in Rockland Lake State Park.
