Kick, push, kick, push... Stop

No glide out there in the fresh snow and gusty winds. Not aided by my lack of recent wax either. Some laps and a few drills, then 2 L4 intervals up the north loop climb. Very slow. Some muddling with jackets off for intervals then right back on as the wind was fierce and cold as soon as I lowered the effort.

Watch HRM is complete junk for any activity with poles. Probably into high 170s HR at the end of each of the harder intervals.
