Very nice DuPond hike with my favorite guys! Still lots of ice, frozen lakes and beautiful waterfalls there. Followed by pizza at Flat Rock Village Bakery! I love days like this

Nice hike at Chestnut Ridge with Jana and Marcy. Felt good to be outside even it was really cold 🥶
Short and cold hike with Jana and Sonja. Nice having coffee and lunch with them after hiking. Followed by sauna after. Yes, this way I can handle those cold days 😊
Finally some trail running again. Work schedule had me busy, too busy to be out there playing. Figured out in what bad shape I am. Although it was very muddy, it felt great to be on the trail 🤩
