Quick Skate ski

Very nice snow, fast glide, cold whipping wind in the open. Trying to go easy and keep the HR down was tricky. Eventually just skiing... shoulder issues at the start meaning I had to warm it up to get it to stop clicking. Mindfulness after that helped. Got it some good DBL pole sessions,  easy poling, rapid poling, single arm poling, full out poling up hills to exhaustion. Worked on no pole skate up hills and mixed bag V2/V1
