Sundays are tough. It’s leg day, focused on glutes. I have a love-hate relationship with it—I love it because I can feel my muscle fibers ripping during squats, hip thrusts, and side walks, but it’s also brutal. To push myself further, I added 100 wall balls to get used to the fatigue my legs endure.

Afterward, I hopped on the treadmill and ran 5.7 miles. This time, I added a 1% incline, and for the last mile, I picked up the pace.

Throughout the run, I tried to control my heart rate with nasal breathing. It worked for most of the run, but during the last mile, when I increased the speed, I felt completely exhausted. Still, I’m happy I managed to run the entire distance with a 1% incline. I’ll slowly increase the grade over time.
