Turned 30 this year so had to get my 30 miles in. Was in no condition to run it so I walked it with about a 25lb pack. Was much harder than expected. Took multiple bathroom breaks (one big one) and one big change clothes break. Meant to go only 31 miles but Strava clocked 32.
