Woke up feeling like yesterday’s run caused my knee inflammation to come back and on top of that my old Achilles heel injury was completely inflamed, and Achilles heel was popping in my lower leg. I decided to run anyway because I was upset about the pain I was experiencing. It was like max heart rate for a normal run and my VO2 max shot way down. Now I’m probably even more injured than I was yesterday. :-)
