My mom met her goal of sub-30 in the 5k for her first race in 10 years AND got first in her age group!! I'm such a proud daughter/coach 🥹

By race time, this is only my second fastest 10k, but my PR race (Shamrock Shuffle earlier this year) was short by 0.14 miles, so we'll say this is my Strava-recognized 10k PR 😄 either way it's my fastest average pace for a 10k! Woohoo!
