Super proud of the mens and women's teams today at DIII Nationals. Obviously I pushed my workout back a little to watch the races. The DIII landscape has only gotten more intense since I graduated, but Geneseo continues to be one of the top performing schools in the country across both men and women. Incredibly proud, especially for being a public university. Workout today was 4mi prog wu, 16mi @5:39avg, 1.5ish cd. Felt incredibly boring through 11 or so, then the second half I woke up a bit, which also just so happened to coincide with taking my caffiene gel, lol. Was debating how long I could have kept going for, but I bet I had at least 6 more miles at 5:40ish until things got really tough. Nutrition went down easy. Good day.
