My health insurance is running a “healthy for the Holidays” contest, and for every “healthy” activity you log ( 6,000+ steps a day being one of them), you get “points”. Soo as much as I wanted to roll over and go back to sleep, I persevered for the hopes of winning a baller gift card somewhere.  

Body overall did feel entirely terrible tho, legs were super sore.  Think I’m gonna hit a peloton workout tonight to see if that helps
